One of Priority Training’s programs is the Adult Fitness Program. Being active is one of the most important things in our daily lives! It enhances our quality of life and will greatly contribute to the betterment of our health. It reduces the risk of multiple health problems and helps manage preexisting health disorders such as, high blood pressure, anxiety, depression, diabetes, and high levels of cholesterol.
Our program consists of the following:
– A combination of heart-rate-based interval training, our proprietary Maximum Aerobic Performance (MAP), lactic training and Tabata principles.
– Engaged coaches that push you to your limits, maximize fat burning and increase overall metabolism.
– Client-to-trainer ratio to maintain a personalized experience despite the group setting.

– Our hour-long training sessions include total body training, strength and resistance exercises, – core work, balance training and obstacle courses to get you into shape.
